Wow! We are hugely excited and incredibly proud to have artwork created by some of the children at River Mead School on display at Exeter House School.

Pots made by our children are currently on display as part of the Multi-Sensory Art Project. This wonderful project is a collaboration between The Roche Court Educational Trust and Larkrise School, Trowbridge to provide creative and sensory experiences for children with profound and multiple learning disabilities. Art installations are created in the school and are an opportunity for the students and staff to experience, react and respond within these environments, allowing individual expression, communication and very early play skills.

Our children had a wonderful time wearing white museum gloves and arranging their pots for display.

Lyssy Bolton, Executive Headteacher of The Mead Academy Trust, said “I love the way the project has honoured the children’s fabulous work by exhibiting it so beautifully.”
